These baskets are the result of years of practice, tremendous technical skill and quality assurance. The weavers from Bolgatanga, Ghana spend countless hours stripping and dyeing elephant grass fibres into patterns and colourways that are unique.
The basket is biodegradable and resilient but will fade if left in the sun too long.
These mini round baskets are ideal for many things, including Easter treats and “Mommy and Me” pairings with larger baskets. Each basket is approximately 13 cm tall to the top of the rim tall and the opening is approximately 17 - 18 cm across the diameter.
The handles are all leather wrapped for comfort.
